The sad reality of the Family Law in California is that it is the policy of the State to mechanically and permanently minimize one parent in the life of the child after divorce.
This Initiative is designed to forever change that policy and guarantee that when a child has two good parents, that both will be enabled to participate in the life of the child equally until adulthood.
